The collection consists of a letter from Ray Clarke at St. Mary's, Georgia on March 3, 1813 to his father Ethan Clarke. Clarke discusses the taking of Nathaniel Pendleton's testimony, visiting the plantation of Nathanael Green, the cargo of a captured French ship which was brought to St. Mary's, and the activities of U.S. troops in Florida against the Seminole Indians.
